The grind
Every carrier invoice should be checked line by line against the rate confirmation, but nobody has time. So detention charges, lumper fees, and fuel surcharge errors either slip through or get paid because auditing a $75 discrepancy costs more than eating it.

Freight invoice audit, as we build it: carrier invoices arrive by email and EDI, AI reads each one, and deterministic rules recompute the expected charges against your contracted rates: linehaul, fuel surcharge, accessorials, detention. Clean matches queue for one-click approval; every discrepancy is flagged with the rate line it violates and the dollar difference. Your clerk's existing audit doesn't stop the day this starts — she keeps spot-checking invoices the old way until the queue has caught enough real discrepancies to earn her trust.
No. We're the wrong firm for that, and we say so on the first call. The goal is to take the retyping and rate-checking off your ops team so they can work exceptions, carriers, and customers. The automation runs with a person approving its output, and your ops people keep working live loads by hand alongside it, so the judgment a freight desk runs on stays in daily practice.
We won't claim live freight deployments — we don't have them, and we'd rather say that plainly.
