For your IT team

Security & data handling

"On your servers, no black boxes" is our core promise, so here is what sits behind it — written for the person who gets forwarded this site and asked "is this safe?" If your vendor-review process needs something this page doesn't answer, ask us directly; you'll get an engineering answer, not a sales one.

Where everything runs

b2bei automations are deployed on the client's own infrastructure, wrapped around the systems their teams already use — we connect your existing tools rather than replacing them. Your business data lives where it already lives — in your ERP, your file shares, your mail system — and the automation works inside that boundary.

What AI does — and doesn't do

Language models are used for one narrow job: reading unstructured text — extracting line items from an emailed PDF, parsing a confirmation out of a message. Every match, calculation, and business rule downstream of that extraction is deterministic code: the same inputs always produce the same outputs, and the logic can be read, inspected, and audited. No model makes a business decision, sets a price, or writes to a live system.

The approval gate is a security control

Nothing writes to a live system until a named person has reviewed and approved it — permanently, not as a rollout phase. Every draft, correction, and approval is logged with a person and a timestamp, which means every automated outcome in your operation has an audit trail ending in a human signature.

Failure is designed for

New automations run in parallel with your existing manual process until accuracy is proven, and your team retains the knowledge to run every process by hand. If a system goes down, work slows — it doesn't stop. Deployments ship with documentation your own people can operate from.

Certifications

We don't display compliance badges we don't hold. Because deployments run inside your environment and your controls, most vendor-security questionnaires resolve to your own infrastructure's posture rather than a third party's. Send us your security questionnaire and we'll answer it plainly, item by item.

Put this page in front of your IT lead — then let's talk.

We sit with your team, map how the work actually happens, and draw the split: what's worth automating, and what automation should never touch. You keep the map either way.
