What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we receive the information you type into it: your name, work email address, company name, and your message. That's the only personal information this site collects.
What we don't collect
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and uses no behavioral analytics. We don't buy, sell, or trade contact lists.
How we use your information
We use what you send us for one purpose: responding to your inquiry about working with b2bei. If we end up working together, your information moves into our normal client records. We don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, ask — we'll do it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We operate across the United States, Canada, and Mexico and honor these requests regardless of which privacy regime applies to you — including PIPEDA in Canada, state privacy laws in the US, and the LFPDPPP in Mexico.
