What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we receive the information you type into it: your name, work email address, company name, and your message. That's the only personal information this site collects.

What we don't collect

This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and uses no behavioral analytics. We don't buy, sell, or trade contact lists.

How we use your information

We use what you send us for one purpose: responding to your inquiry about working with b2bei. If we end up working together, your information moves into our normal client records. We don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, ask — we'll do it.

How we protect your information

This site is served entirely over HTTPS, so anything you type into a form is encrypted in transit. Submissions are delivered to access-controlled systems we run for operating the business, and access is limited to the two people who run b2bei. We don't collect payment card details through this site, and we don't sell or rent your information. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.

SMS and mobile information

If you provide your mobile number and check a consent box on one of our forms, we may send you the text messages you agreed to: transactional messages (scheduling, confirmations, and service updates) and, only if separately consented, marketing messages. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. Sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We operate across the United States, Canada, and Mexico and honor these requests regardless of which privacy regime applies to you — including PIPEDA in Canada, state privacy laws in the US, and the LFPDPPP in Mexico.
